Return and refund policy

At Pulll, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items with any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at contact@pulllathletics.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide a tracking number for your package.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Notes

  • Pulll is not responsible for damage to devices, including but not limited to phones, credit cards, or other electronic items.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for the natural degradation of magnetic strength over time. However, we’re happy to assist with troubleshooting or replacements at our discretion.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for sale items, last-chance items, or gift cards.
  • Pulll is not responsible for lost orders if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. Lost orders may be reshipped at our discretion.
